Managing Director

Naveen leads on property acquisitions, construction and developments, ensuring properties are built and maintained to the highest quality.

Sameer Ahmed

Commercial Director

Sameer concentrates his energies on managing the property portfolio with a view to maximising rental income and overseeing operational matters within the group.

Nadeem Ahmed

Finance Director

Nadeem brings a breadth of knowledge and expertise to The Parklane Group, involving himself in The Group’s financial and operational strategy.

Shaan Ahmed

Chief Operating Officer – Roomzzz Aparthotels

Shaan is a highly experienced business leader, having previously set up a successful prop-tech business. Shaan leads the operations of the Roomzzz Aparthotels business and is driving the brand’s growth towards becoming one of the leading aparthotel operators in the UK.

Noor Ahmed

Head of Iconinc

Noor’s role is key to driving sales whilst also ensuring all sites maintain at Iconinc’s brand standards. Through Noor’s ambition and expertise, Iconinc continues to remain as the leading luxury purpose-built student accommodation provider in the UK.

Kate Merrick

HEAD OF HR

Kate leads The Parklane Group’s people and development strategy, drawing on over 15 years’ HR experience, with particular expertise in recruitment, employee engagement, change management and employee relations, ensuring teams are engaged, equipped and energised to succeed.

Haaris Ahmed

FOUNDER UOwn

Haaris is the founder and Director of UOwn, a property investment platform. He leads on new site acquisitions while also supporting development projects for The Parklane Group alongside its directors, drawing on his extensive experience in property development.
