We are delighted to announce that Roomzzz Aparthotels has been awarded Best Use of Social Media at the Serviced Apartment Awards 2026 in May earlier this year!

The award celebrates brands in the serviced apartment industry that are using social media to engage audiences, strengthen their brand while deliver measurable business results. Roomzzz was recognised for its strategic use of content, creator partnerships and user generated storytelling across social platforms.

Over the past year, the brand put a focus on showcasing authentic guest experiences and destination led content, helping travellers get a true picture of the real Roomzzz experience and what the cities they reside in have to offer!

The judging panel praised Roomzzz’s entry, commenting that it contained “some of the most comprehensive answers in this category, clearly showing the impact of social media campaigns on audience growth, conversions and revenue.”

The evening also provided another proud moment, with Nick Hardy, Hotel Manager at Roomzzz York City, being shortlisted in the Rising Star category.

The category recognises emerging talent within the serviced apartment and aparthotel sector, and Nick’s inclusion among the finalists is a fantastic achievement in itself. Being shortlisted alongside some of the industry’s most promising future leaders is testament to the dedication, professionalism and passion he brings to his role every day.
